Ah, still the rain comes. Excellent. Presumably as a result of the rain I've not heard a single firework tonight. Not one.

But what do the "bored" youth of today do when it's raining? And why can't they do whatever it is they are doing when it's not raining as well, rather than hanging around hoofing around footballs/fireworks on street corners?

Meanwhile, Christmas lights will be going up around here in the next week or so, I suspect...
