Ouch

My back has gone again. There I was at work doing nothing more taxing than trying to find something to sit on to eat my dinner, and it went. So now I'm in pain.

On the plus side, since this is the third time my back has played up in as many months, at least I know what to expect and how best to cope with it. Perhaps I should take up masochism and learn to enjoy it...
