Exhausted
You can't get better than a Kwik Fit fitter, or so the adverts used to say. Well, judging by my experiences this week, "Kwik" is clearly not actually in any way related to the word "Quick", and the fact that my new exhaust system appears to be fitted wrongly might give the lie to the "can't get better" part of the catch phrase...

I think it only fair to add to my last post that I returned to Kwik Fit today to moan, and within 20 minutes my new exhaust was working correctly. Okay, getting it right first time is the best, but putting it right quickly and without hassle is the next best thing.
